In this role you will

  • Provide our users with an outstanding customer experience via telephone, e-mail and chat
  • Support the operational processes of our rapidly growing Broker as well as our Wealth business
  • Coordinate tasks with internal teams and external partners (e.g. custodian banks)
  • Support the product team with research projects and supportive analyses
  • Accompany the Sales team on roadshows
  • Learn how to build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Your profile

  • You attend a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree course and have a strong interest in Financial Markets
  • You are available in Munich for an initial training period of 4 weeks, in your semester holidays
  • Passion to engage with clients and distinct attention to detail
  • Proactive and independent work attitude
  • Excellent command of German (C2-level) and English (C1-level), both written and spoken
  • Relevant work experience from prior internships is considered a plus
  • You can work minimum 16h/ week
