You are responsible for the expansion and activation of our communities as well as for the further development of our customer dialogue on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube & Co.)
You are the responsible host for our Facebook trading group and develop it into the leading trading community
You are responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to increase the satisfaction of our community and to intensify user loyalty
You will work cross-functionally with our Product Management, Client Service, Public Relations and external stakeholders from the financial market to ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and possible problems are escalated in a timely and appropriate manner.
Together with the design & content team, you will design campaigns and initiatives to increase reach and engagement.
You are responsible for the elaboration and continuous further development of language regulations and standard answers for our playbook as well as processes and setting up guidelines in an integrative environment
What we offer:
Profound experience as a community/ social media manager for a consumer or lifestyle brand, a bank, a fintech or technology startup or another related industry
You have experience in dealing with social media & monitoring tools, chat clients, review platforms and marketing tools
You are tech-savvy and have a strong interest in the financial world and new trends
Fluent English and at least one of french/italian/spanish communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
You convince with attention to detail when it comes to hashtags, text and URLs
You are solution-oriented, service-oriented and act prudently even in hectic phases. You always have an overview of your daily tasks and manage to prioritize them sensibly in a dynamic environment
