Your role will include:

  • Design and execute search strategies across multiple functions and source talents in various ways (active and passive)
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage the best talents for Scalable Capital
  • Partner with our Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs aligned to our business goals 
  • Keep an overview of our hiring needs and drive the efficiency of our recruiting strategies
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and that candidates are assessed in a structured way
  • Create and publish job ads, adapted to the respective requirement profiles
  • Initiate talent acquisition projects with the purpose of continuously improving the quality of recruitment processes and strengthening our employer brand

Requirements

As our Senior Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Manager, you need:

  • Experience in international active sourcing and recruiting, ideally from within a banking or tech organisation
  • Strong understanding in how functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Marketing interact with each other and their scope of work
  • Proven experience in sourcing techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter, Honeypot, Stack Overflow, networking events and Boolean searches
  • Strong ability to identify the most efficient candidate sourcing channels and strategies to build long term relationships with the best talents
  • Strong communication skills and know-how to inspire candidates
  • Proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Data driven individual who can track findings to reach optimal talent acquisitions decisions and results
  • Strong German and English written and verbal communication skills
