This new role for the firm is being added to improve and maximise our usage of Salesforce, which was implemented for the firm in early 2018. In this role you will assist and coordinate the engineering, marketing, client servicing and sales teams for all the firm’s Salesforce requirements.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include
Acting as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related topics about system issues and ongoing set-up tasks.
Coordinating the ongoing upskilling of our engineering, marketing and service teams with regards to Salesforce usage.
Planning, developing, testing, releasing and maintaining of Salesforce features. Specifically across both Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud you’ll be required to build data extensions, custom workflows, journeys, triggered sends, and custom fields/objects etc.
Improving our administrative setup in terms of permissions, access and general usability for the various teams using our Salesforce instance.
Monitoring upcoming Salesforce releases and updates to ensure any improvements and enhancements of the system are implemented without any service interruption.
Assisting all teams within the firm using Salesforce with any trouble shooting or ad-hoc issues with the system.
Helping the all teams with the creation of reports in Salesforce.

As a Salesforce Administrator/Engineer, you have
Completion of Advanced Administrator Certification (Administrator (ADM-201), Advanced Administrator (ADM-211 or ADM-301) or equivalent experience)
Experience with complex Salesforce admin work, specifically with exposure to Marketing Cloud
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce declarative and programmatic development
Experience with a multi-region and multi-language organisation using Salesforce across Service, Sales and Marketing.
Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced agile environment
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new business needs, and technologies
Very high levels of diligence and reliability
Strong communication skills to work across departments with colleagues at varying levels of technical expertise
Fluent in English to work with our highly international team (one interview will be conducted in English)
