The Graduate Program - Wealth Management Track of the Scalable Capital Graduate Program prepares you for a career in our Wealth Management business unit.

Rotation 1: Client Success - Wealth Management

What are you going to do

Get to know our clients and their needs. While providing support and information to our national and international clients you are their first point of contact. Share the needs and feedback of our clients within the organisation and derive improvements of our products from there. With an emphasis on our investment models, help analyze performance of client portfolios and research topics for the Capital Markets team.

What are you going to learn

Understand the fundamentals of our business model, our processes and our product. Start building your personal network with our most important internal and external stakeholders. Get to know our clients.


Rotation 2: Operations - Wealth Management

What are you going to do

Our operations department is the engine room of Scalable Capital. Discover how we operate our digital investment platforms and products across multiple countries and custodians. Increase the efficiency of our platform by monitoring and improving our processes.

What are you going to learn

Gain an understanding of the technological foundations of the Scalable Capital platform and its features. Learn about the architecture and its related processes and actively contribute to develop and operate a stable foundation for our business.


Rotation 3: Elective (Product / Marketing / Sales / Capital Markets)

What are you going to do

Choose between a product focused rotation, as part of our Product Management team, a client focused rotation, for example in our Digital Marketing team or Sales team or support the Capital Markets team. Participate in all day-to-day activities and be responsible for a project on your own.

What are you going to learn

Deep dive into another part of the company you are interested in. Discover the process of building a new feature starting only with client’s feedback, what it takes to get one million website visitors, or learn about the details of ETF trading.

Requirements

Your profile

  • Excellent university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. business administration, finance, economics, business engineering)

  • Passion for finance, investing and digital products

  • Relevant work experience from internships in the financial industry (e.g. asset management, investment banking)

  • Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions

  • A proactive, independent and team oriented work attitude and dependability

  • Being a CFA-charterholder, -level II or -level III candidate is considered a plus

  • Excellent command of German (C2-level) and English (C1-level), both written and spoken
